Diane Fish of Jasper County Hospital in Indiana!

Diane, a blood banker for 35 years and counting, believes that transfusion safety means the right blood is delivered to the right recipient, no exceptions. Typenex couldn't agree more with her simple, yet powerful statement and is proud to award her and Jasper County Hospital with $500 to further their transfusion safety efforts!
