Barcode Blood Band - Condensed

The new Barcode Blood Band – Condensed is designed for blood banks that use the blood band only to carry the unique BBID in readable and barcode forms. No patient information is applied to the band.

• Each specimen tube label has a bar-coded BBID and can be scanned into your LIS, preventing errors associated with manual data entry of BBID
• Band is 13.75", longer than standard bands to accommodate larger patients
• Compatible with the Typenex R3 band, allowing the blood band to be resized, relocated, or reattached after initial application
• There is space to write date and time of draw or other information per your facility protocol and a protective shield so that information won't fade
