The FlexiBlood Condensed Form & Band system was designed with in-depth feedback from blood bankers and nurses in order to enable more "electronic-based" blood banks and transfusion processes when compared to other "band and form" systems available in the market today.

• All form components and stickers contain a unique BBID in alphanumeric and GS1-128 barcoded format, thus providing you with the ability to use this unique BBID to support and enable your transfusion process.

• Band insert has been designed to be easily and quickly assembled into the blood band.
• Specimen tube labels provided allow for easy over-labeling with pre-printed hospital labels.
