The FlexiBlood General Form & Band system was designed with in-depth feedback from blood bankers and nurses in order to enhance safety when compared to other "band and form" systems available in the market today.

• All form components and stickers contain a unique BBID in alphanumeric and GS1-128 barcoded format, thus providing you with the ability to use this unique BBID to support and enable your transfusion process.
• Increased band durability.
• Provides more space to accommodate patient information, both on the band (via the band inserts) and on the form.
• Band inserts have been designed to be easily and quickly assembled into the blood band.
• Specimen tube labels provided in both hand-writing and over-label formats.
